- Bidding for airport privatization
- Development of Greenfield airports, Regional airport development under The UDAAN scheme
- Modernization of Brownfield airports
- No Objection Certificate (NOC) from Airports Authority of India (AAI) and Indian Air Force (IAF) for Height Clearance of various structures
- Conducting of OLS (obstacle limit survey)
- Advice for procurement, installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance of airport equipment meeting the ICAO SARPs requirement
- Detailed Feasibility Report (DFR) and forecasts for Airports
- Installation of Airport Radars / ADS-B Systems / ASMGS / other surveillance equipment
- Airport Landing Aids – Instrument Landing Systems, GBAS, SBAS
- Airline Passenger Check-in Systems (CUTE, etc.)
- Airport Navigational Aids – DVOR / DME / NDB /ADF etc.
- Writing, Approval Aerodrome Manual, Safety Management System Manual
- Safety Audits, Fire Drills, Periodical third party inspection and conducting of training including airport operational training, DGR initial and recurrent , SMS initial and recurrent, Firefighting and rescue training.
- Airport Security Equipment i.e. HHMD, DFMD, XIBS, and perimeter security
- Airport Terminal Communication Equipment and Flight Information and Display Systems
- Airport Baggage Handling Systems with / without online security check provisions
- Coordinating all kinds of issues with DGCA, BCAS, MOCA and other Govt. Ministries and Departments.
- Manpower supply agreements with BCAS for security services and ATM/CNS – AAI for Aeronautical /navigational services.
- Signing up of agreement with India Meteorological Department, HQRS in New Delhi
- Obtaining “Aerodrome Operating Permit” from DGCA
- Securing “In principle” approval for terminal building, ATC, Parking and airside from BCAS
- Liaising on client behalf for “Environment clearance “from Ministry of Environment
- Designing, operations and Licensing of airports and heliports
