Scope of services :
- Obtaining Director Security clearance
- Permission from Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) for import of aircraft
- Approval of Operations Manual (OM), Reduced Vertical Separation Minimum (RVSM) Manual, Required Navigation Performance (RNP) manual, Performance Based Navigation (PBN) manual
- Approval of Air Safety Manuals – Flight Safety Manual (FSM), Safety Management System (SMS) Manual, Flight Safety Documentation System (FSDS) manual
- Approval from Cabin Safety Inspectors – Cabin Crew Training Manual (CCTM) and acceptance of Safety Emergency Procedure (SEP), Quick Reference Handout (QRH) and Passenger Briefing card (PBC).
- Approval of Security Program from Bureau of Civil Aviation Security
- Assisting in execution of CAP 3300/ 3400 with DGCA.
- Flight Crew and Cabin Crew recruitment. Training syllabus approval, license endorsement, medical dates and medical assessment.
- Flight crew permission for Pilot Proficiency Check (PPC) / annual route check (RC)
- Issuance and / or Change in certificate of registration
- Issuance of Certificate of airworthiness, noise certificate, blocking of VT registration code,
Blocking of “S” transponder code. - Foreign aircrew temporary authorization“ (FATA) and renewal
- Approval of type rated Examiner , Instructor and Check Pilot
- Continuing Airworthiness Management Organization (CAMO) minimum equipment list (MEL) Approval
- Approval of Flight Safety Manager, SMS Manager, Cabin Crew Instructor
