Scope of Services:
- Obtaining “Air Operating Permit” to operate permission to operate schedule flights to India from DGCA- India
- Renewal or Amendment in the Operating Permit granted by DGCA – India
- Drafting, submitting of airline security program and to pursue its approval from Bureau of Civil Aviation Security, India.
- To obtain Winter & Summer schedule approvals
- To obtain landing permission for additional scheduled passenger or cargo flights
- To obtain photo shoot permission inside or outside the aircraft or movie shoot by use of Drones
- To obtain carriage of Dangerous Goods (DGR) by air
- To obtain landing permission for Ferry flight, Relief Flight, Technical landing (for refueling), Relief flights, Repatriation flight, VIP/Charter flight permission
- To obtain Inclusive Tour Package (ITP) charter permissions for In bound group travel to India
- Organizing meetings/ talks for revision of Air Service Agreement (ASA)/ bi-laterals
- Obtaining permission for passenger to cargo flight operations like Passenger to Cargo (PtoC) services
- Scout Catering companies, Ground Handling Agency (GHA), Fuel companies, General Sales Agent (GSA), Security Agency for the airline
- Filing of statistical data as per DGCA prescribed formats including passenger, cargo and staff travel details
- Permission to operate under code share arrangements
- Obtaining approval for starting up of new destinations in India from both BCAS and DGCA
- To obtain permission for carriage of livestock on passenger or cargo flight
- To obtain permission for Aircraft on Ground (AOG) at any station in India
- Approval to operate aircrafts taken on wet lease
- Slot approval and office space negotiation with various private airports and/or Airport Authority of India (AAI)
